The Sales Solutions Architect is responsible for assisting in the sale of cybersecurity solutions including the design and development of the offering and services by working closely with the sales team across the full sales cycle to identify clients' needs and business requirements.

Location: This role is Hybrid & eligible for primarily remote based work in the Eastern or Central time zones of the continental United States, with close proximity to a major airport. Candidates must have the ability to travel as necessary for business to clients, conferences, seminars, meetings & trainings, etc., including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office. Primarily remote (work from home) with as needed travel to work at client sites; as well as to attend meetings or conferences.


Facilitates growth opportunities and drives efficiencies to the business development strategies of the department and organization. The incumbent is also accountable for translating customer specifications into potential solutions outlining technical requirements, objectives, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates. Collaborates with the client and internal sales and other teams to arrive at the right solution and directly supports in meetings, conferences and sales presentations as well as presenting recommended solutions and proposals. Key functions of the role are to maintain extensive knowledge of the TRIMEDX products' capabilities, functions, and processes as well as industry and technology trends and assisting to close sales where expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs. Manages sometimes large and complex projects with limited oversight providing coaching, reviewing work, and delegating appropriately.

Responsibilities

* Support sales lifecycle from pre-sales thru implementation leading the technology evaluation, scoping and validation stages of the sales process.

* Provide subject matter expertise in the sales cycle to solve needs/challenges as presented by potential customers.

* Develop relationship with Cyber Sales, Cyber Leadership, and other departments within organization to develop proposals and ensure alignment of processes and strategy.

* Engage directly with client Biomed, IT and C-level executives to understand their key challenges, needs and initiatives to effectively build and map the appropriate solutions to their business requirements.

* Develop solution proposal, RFP responses, project plans and other documentation based on client needs and prepares cost estimates accounting for technical, service and resource needs.

* Prepare, design and present complex written proposals and presentations.

* Drive sales process pursuing existing and new leads working with Sales Leader and independently.

* Provide oversight and support during onboarding process for new client locations to ensure successful startup.

* Analyze and review trends of healthcare market related to Cybersecurity needs.

* All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

* Five or more years business experience, with direct experience in solution architecture, business development or account management preferred.

* 6+ years of experience in Technology related field including prior lead experience.

* Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills.

* Leverages industry standards, best practices and own judgment to determine solutions and anticipate issues.

* Solves complex problems that do not have immediately known solutions, requiring analytical and at times "out of the box" thinking.

* Excited and passionate about growing a business.

* Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Clinical Engineering & Medical Device management is preferred.

* Proven project planning skills.

* Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.

* High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

* Strong written, verbal, and presentational skills required.

* Strong customer focus.

* Ability to travel as needed.

Education and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
