Veterinarian-Regional Relief

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat pets with illnesses and injuries
- Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet care
- See patients in a timely manner, offer advice and diagnoses, and update charts/information before the end of the shift
- The ability to perform soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures is a plus but not required
- Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for all: staff, clients, and pets
- Be able to travel in the state of Connecticut to our clinics for scheduled relief shifts
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
- Licensure in good standing in the state of Maine or ability to get licensure in Maine
- Reliable transportation to travel to clinics
- Averaging 30 hours per week in scheduled shifts
