We are looking for a Section Leader in the Effectors Signal Processing:
Air Power, Advanced Technologies Department.
This department solves complex Radar Signal Processing problems to support, drive, and enable key business captures, current programs, special projects, and wide-ranging business opportunities.

You will act as a key manager and mentor for 10 - 15 EngineersYou will influence, foster teamwork, and enable interdependent executionYou will participate in talent acquisition, goal setting, performance development, and appraisal of assigned employeesYou will ensure each direct report has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and career advancement.Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degreeEight (8) years of experience in Radar Signal Processing OR Five (5) years of related experience with a relevant advanced degreeThree (3) years of experience specifically in missile system applicationsFour (4) year of relevant experience directly on customer programs.
Previous experience in a supervisory or technical lead roleAn active and in-scope Secret US security clearanceQualifications We Value:
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related disciplineExperience with hardware/software integrationExperience developing and mentoring new employeesCommunicating with different levels of employees, departments, and customersDeveloping and presenting technical briefings to internal and external customersTeam buildingExperience with interviewing and hiring new employeesExperience and knowledge of the Air Power or Advanced Technologies portfolioExperience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)Earned Value Management System CertificationExperience and knowledge of the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts, intellectual property (IP) processWhat We Offer:
